The ARMY & AIRFORCE EXCHANGE SERVICE - AAFES is looking for a dedicated Chaplain to provide spiritual support to Airmen worldwide. This role involves managing spiritual centers, conducting services, and offering guidance on moral, ethical, and quality-of-life issues. A bachelor’s degree and significant ministry experience are required.
Nothing tests religious beliefs more than the various situations Airmen face throughout their service. Providing pastoral care and counseling to individuals of faith and no faith, Air Force chaplains are religious ministry professionals who support the spiritual resilience of Airmen worldwide. As spiritual leaders, they are relied upon for faith and personal guidance, and also serve as advocates for Airmen, consulting with leadership on moral, ethical, and quality-of-life issues.

Qualifications, Education, and Training:
Personnel Status: Officer. When joining the chaplain corps, you will be commissioned as an officer. Your rank will depend on education and experience.
