The Army & Airforce Exchange Service seeks a Chaplain to provide spiritual care and support for Airmen. Responsibilities include managing spiritual centers, conducting worship, and advising leadership. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree, a Master of Divinity, and relevant ministry experience. This is a full-time, entry-level officer position, contributing to the moral and ethical framework of military operations.
Nothing tests religious beliefs more than many situations our Airmen face throughout the course of their service. Providing pastoral care, ministry, and counseling to those of faith and those of no faith, Air Force chaplains are religious ministry professionals who support the spiritual resilience of our Airmen worldwide. As spiritual leaders, chaplains are relied upon for faith and personal guidance. They also serve as advocates for our Airmen and consult with leadership on moral, ethical, and quality-of-life issues.

Personnel Status: Officer. When joining the chaplain corps, you will be commissioned as an officer. Your rank will depend on education and experience.
