The Army & Airforce Exchange Service is seeking a qualified Chaplain to provide pastoral care and spiritual resilience to Airmen. Successful candidates will manage spiritual centers, conduct religious services, advise on moral issues, and support military personnel in their spiritual journeys. This role requires a combination of significant educational qualifications and relevant ministry experience, with opportunities for commissioning as an officer based on experience.
Nothing tests religious beliefs more than many situations our Airmen face throughout their service. Providing pastoral care ministry and counseling to those of faith and those of no faith, Air Force chaplains are religious ministry professionals who support the spiritual resilience of our Airmen worldwide. As spiritual leaders, chaplains are relied upon for faith and personal guidance. They also advocate for our Airmen and consult with leadership on moral, ethical, and quality-of-life issues.
