Responsibilities

• Prepare complex biological samples for proteomics studies.
• Design, test, and optimize DIA LC-MS workflows.
• Operate and maintain timsTOF Pro and nanoElute 2 LC systems daily.
• Analyze DIA proteomics datasets with specialized software to ensure data quality.
