Cargill, a global leader in food and agriculture, invites you to join our Protein Sales Associate program. You will receive training in protein processing, USDA regulations, and core business functions, preparing you to become a sales professional in a multi-level team.

Upon completion, you will manage customer portfolios, promote protein products across Trade, Retail, and Foodservice, and participate in leadership development and plant visits. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• Geographically flexible and willing and able to relocate to various locations across the United States
• Right to work in the U.S. not based solely on student visa or visa sponsored by a third-party employer
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Valid driver's license in the United States
• Strong written and oral communications

Aufgaben

• Apply broad theoretical job knowledge to sell directly to customers.
• Engage in all training/development programs as crafted.
• Solicit and deliver sales bids, proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations as guided.
• Identify and contact prospective customers.
• Build customer relationships that generate future sales and repeat business.
• Perform with minimal direction and independently handle complex issues
• Other duties as assigned; building reports, participating in projects
