Legacy Maker Farms, a premium Indiana producer of Prime beef, seeks a seasoned Business Development & Sales Specialist to drive growth across retail and foodservice in a multi-state Midwest territory. The role focuses on new account acquisition, expanding presence with specialty grocers and high-end operators, and coordinating with distributor partners to maximize brand velocity.

Qualifications

3–5 years of B2B sales in protein, food service, or retail CPG.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales analysis.
Based in central Indiana with ability to travel multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

Drive new account acquisition in retail grocery and foodservice.
Manage and grow existing key accounts and distributor relationships.
Collaborate with distributor teams to maximize brand velocity and product placement.
Develop and execute CPg merchandising and promotional programs.
Capture promotional content and support the marketing program.
Analyze sales data and report territory ROI.
