Qualifications

• D., B.S., or M.S. degree in a scientific discipline with 5+ years of postgraduate lab experience in industrial manufacturing operations.
• Documented record of accomplishment in experimental design and problem solving.
• Ability to interpret and communicate scientific results and interact productively with others on the team.
• Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer/Microsoft Office applications and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently manufactures a variety of products to meet specifications and follows production schedules.
• Performs QC assays and evaluates raw materials when necessary.
• Designs experiments to solve problems and improve processes; analyzes data and implements solutions.
• Collaborates with Marketing, QA, and R&D to identify customer requirements for new products and improvements.
• Maintains quality documentation and adheres to data recording policies.
• Writes, reviews, and revises SOPs and protocols for clarity and process improvements.
