Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology or related science required.
• 1–2 years experience with protein extraction, quantification, and handling.

Responsibilities

• Completing biopsy prep of samples.
• Preparing samples and solutions for LC or LC-MS analysis.
• Conducting protein quantification.
• General laboratory activities and instrumentation: pipetting, solution prep, media prep, pH meters, autoclaves, balances.
• Disposes of laboratory materials following guidelines.
• Laboratory upkeep and supplies maintenance.
