This role focuses on order design, management of protein projects, reviewing customer sequences, and placing internal orders to Molecular Biology, ensuring timely execution within defined quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project plans, tracking progress, providing status updates, and collaborating with Production, Project Management, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Biology or a related life science field.
• Background in the biological/biotechnology industry.
• Fluency in English and Chinese preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Strong technical competency and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand customer project requirements.
• Review order details and place internal GENE orders for project initiation.
• Develop and coordinate project plans within production capacity and timelines.
• Monitor and track end-to-end project progress and milestones.
• Provide regular project status updates via email or meetings.
• Identify and analyze technical issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with production, PM, and QC teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support continuous improvement of production workflows and platform capabilities.
