Job summary

Oppenheimer Companies, Inc. is seeking a GPA Category Growth & New Business Development Manager to identify, pursue, and onboard new customers while driving tonnage and sales growth for GPA.

This role blends external customer facing work with internal operational discipline to ensure profitable scaling and successful launches. The position is located on site at Kelly’s Winter Garden, Florida, with travel to other Kelly’s locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in foodservice distribution, retails distribution, protein procurement, category management, program management, or related commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities and account penetration.
• Build clear, compelling value propositions that highlight supplier capabilities and program structure.
• Prepare customer-facing presentations, pricing summaries, launch plans, and financial impact analyses.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across GPA, Kelly’s, and OCI to ensure opportunities launch cleanly.
• Monitor growth targets and translate data into actionable recommendations.
