Qualifications

• MS degree in life sciences; 2+ years of protein science experience; PhD preferred.
• Strong customer service awareness and coordination ability.
• Solid protein background with hands-on experience.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-stress situations.
• Bilingual environment: English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects and prepare the service proposals based on client requests and scientific judgement.
• Coordinate all teams to progress the research work and provide regular updates to clients.
• Collaborate with commercial and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Provide technical support to develop business from a technical perspective.
• Help improve the service platform by understanding market needs and competitors.
