Job summary

A security service contractor is seeking a Training Manager in Kirtland, New Mexico, to support overall project management functions. The successful candidate will lead the development, implementation, and delivery of training programs in compliance with contract requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing training schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have management experience in a secure environment and will ideally hold a current NTC Protective Force Trainer certification.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in management, supervision and training within a protective force or secure environment.
• Current NTC Protective Force Basic Security Officer Trainer certification, or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and enforcing work standards and operational procedures.
• Assign schedules and oversee tasks to support contract requirements.
• Provide training to personnel and maintain accurate training records.
• Coordinate with leadership to address training needs.
