Job summary

Tarian Group in North Carolina is seeking a Security Officer to provide protective services, assist customers, and respond to incidents across client sites.

This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a starting compensation of $17.00 per hour. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

The position requires the ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 80 pounds, and maintain vigilance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.,
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tariandriving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Responsibilities

• Security Officers are responsible for maintaining security and safety throughout the organizaion - and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
