Job summary

BTI Security is hiring security professionals for full-time roles in Bethesda, MD. The position involves patrolling, access control, and incident reporting to protect people and property. Ideal candidates have at least two years of security experience, a valid Security Guard Card, and a customer-service mindset.

Strong communication skills and the ability to document incidents clearly are essential. CPR/First Aid and firearms-related certifications are required by contract.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring surveillance cameras for disruptions or unlawful activities.
• Providing detailed reports on daily activities and/or incidents.
• Knowledgeable and able to effectively use magnetometer and X-ray machines.
• Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios clearly.
• Performing CPR or first aid when needed.
• Ensure credentials are maintained per contract requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Project Manager.
