Job summary

BTI Security is seeking security professionals for a full-time role in Bethesda, MD. The position involves patrolling exterior and community areas, controlling entry points, and monitoring surveillance systems to prevent disruptions or unlawful activities.

Candidates must have 2 years of security experience, a valid Security Guard Card, and strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset. CPR/First Aid and related certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and monitoring exterior and community areas on premises.
• Access control of entrances and exits and departure of employees and visitors.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras for any disruptions or unlawful activities.
• Providing detailed reports on daily activities and/or incidents that may have occurred.
• Knowledgeable and able to effectively use magnetometer and X-ray machines.
• Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner.
• Performing CPR or first aid when needed.
• Ensure credentials are maintained per contract requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Project Manager.
