Job summary

Lagarda Security in Michigan is urgently hiring Security Officers for full-time and part-time roles. Our veteran team provides industry-leading training from in-house instructors and site-specific instruction to prepare you for the field.

You will patrol sites (foot and vehicle), deter theft, trespassing, and vandalism, respond to alarms, write clear daily reports, and maintain a professional presence while collaborating with law enforcement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clean background check – no felonies or violent misdemeanors.
• Driver’s license or State ID + reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and inspect sites (foot & vehicle).
• Prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism.
• Respond to alarms and incidents.
• Write clear and concise reports on daily activities and any incidents that occur.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.
• Prepare daily reports.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence on the property at all times.
• Collaborate with law enforcement.
