Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of intelligence gathering, OSINT data collection, online research, investigations or related.
• At least 3 years of social media/online investigations experience with OSINT methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute high-quality written intelligence products including tactical alerts, strategic reports and investigation support with minimal oversight.
• Brief leadership on salient information to Capital One executives, associates, assets, and operations.
• Integrate within a continuous monitoring operation and provide near real-time intelligence support to threat assessment and executive protection operations.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for executive travel, events, and residences.
• Participate in security planning meetings and contribute to security strategies.
• Assist with due diligence cases and open-source investigations including threat management.
• Monitor geopolitical events affecting international travel, events, and operations, and report timely.
• Summarize data from confidential and OSS providers, organize information for decisioning.
• Review intelligence sources and advocacy for best practices and scalable processes.
• Flag items of impact and initiate alerting procedures.
• Assist with maintaining monitoring calendars, dashboards and tools.
