Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a building-design field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in the architecture/engineering industry.
• Exposure to electrical engineering, electronic security systems, and/or IT infrastructure preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, Revit, Rhino preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide security/protective design consulting for new and existing construction.
• Perform risk assessments using TVRA methods.
• Produce coordinated Revit models and drawing sets for electronic security, IT/Telecom, and/or AV systems.
• Draft reports and memorandums to communicate risk assessments and security requirements.
