Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Protective Coatings Application Specialist for our high-velocity manufacturing team in Clovis, NM. You will own the finish by preparing parts, applying coatings by spray, roller, or brush as needed, and verifying thickness and cure parameters.

From day one, you’ll stage parts, set up spray equipment, and follow coating specs to deliver consistent, quality output shift after shift. Read simple instructions and adhere to safety guidelines, PPE required.
