Job summary

SecuControl, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer with hands-on Protection & Control experience to grow our North American presence. You’ll blend relay testing and field commissioning expertise with a proactive sales mindset, engaging end users and channel partners.

This full-time role reports to the US Director and travels across the Central region. The role emphasizes technical sales, customer training, and collaboration with R&D teams in Germany and Brazil to shape product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in protection and control engineering with relay testing and field commissioning.
• Strong mix of technical and sales aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within utilities and manufacturers.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proposals.
• Collaborate with customers to design integrations and collect field feedback.
• Provide training and act as lead technical contact for escalations.
