Job summary

Howden Life & Health, a global insurance broker, is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Sales Team in a fully remote role. No prior sales experience is required as we provide complete training and ongoing support to build a successful career.

You will handle warm leads, discuss protection needs, and deliver compliant advice while maintaining records across multiple systems. A strong customer focus and ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Call client-led enquiries (warm leads) to discuss protection needs.
• Build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Manage client records across multiple systems.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and compliant advice.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products where appropriate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling client led enquiries (warm leads) to discuss their protection needs.
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs.
