As a member of the Loss Prevention team, you will patrol, monitor, and respond to alarms, assist with apprehensions, and support store operations with a strong focus on security and asset protection. Full-time with varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail loss prevention preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Availability to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guard, patrol, and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions.
• Provide loss prevention support through policies, procedures, and personal involvement.
• Assist with surveillance and apprehensions of shoplifters.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures; conduct safety audits and inspections.
• Answer alarm responses and assist with insurance investigations.
