Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is a language service provider that connects bilingual and multilingual individuals with potential opportunities to serve as a freelance interpreter or translator. Our mission is to bridge the communication gap for those in need through excellent and compassionate language services.

Urgent Hiring: ASL (American Sign Language) Interpreters

We are currently seeking freelance ASL interpreters to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors. As an interpreter, you contribute positively to society by supporting language access for all, regardless of English proficiency. As an independent contractor, you set your own schedule, act as your own boss, and accept appointments based on your availability.

Availability

Appointments are available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. However, please note that appointments are not guaranteed and are offered based on demand.

Compensation

Interpreter rates vary depending on availability, experience, and language demand.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficiency in ASL (American Sign Language)
• Willingness to complete an ASL assessment by a Certified ASL Professional (exceptions may be made with proven work history and certifications)
• Ability to complete all required documentation promptly
• Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to different environments
• Must be located in and authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
