Job summary

Bedi Dental Group is seeking a highly skilled Prosthodontist to join our established practice in Central Massachusetts. This role offers autonomy and support to provide exceptional comprehensive care in a multi-specialty, patient-focused environment with a path toward equity partnership.

Ideal candidates are experienced, communicative, and adept at building strong relationships with patients and colleagues in high-end, mostly fee-for-service offices.

Qualifications

• Board certification in prosthodontics.
• DDS or DMD degree with Prosthodontics residency.
• Specialized prosthodontics training from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience post-university.
• State licensure to practice dentistry.
• Ability to develop and navigate complex treatment plans.
• Knowledge of latest prosthodontic research and methods.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-personnel office.
• Leading with compassion and commitment to full patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' dental conditions and needs.
• Design, fabricate, and fit dentures, crowns, and bridges.
• Perform dental implant surgeries and related procedures.
• Collaborate with dental technicians for prosthetic devices.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and conduct tests.
• Perform adjustments and maintenance of prostheses.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and prosthetic care.
• Maintain detailed patient records and stay updated with advances.
