Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine invites applications for a full-time Academic Clinician position in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics. The appointee may be at the assistant, associate, or professor level and will contribute to teaching and clinical practice while advancing the department's reputation.

The successful candidate will teach in predoc, both clinical and pre-clinical, and postdoctoral programs, engage in research, and provide service to the community.

Qualifications

• DMD/DDS degree or equivalent; eligible or board-certified in prosthodontics.
• Experience in teaching and mentoring students and conducting research.
• Completion of an Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach predoctoral and postdoctoral prosthodontics, clinically and pre-clinically.
• Lead or participate in research and service to the community.
• Contribute to departmental leadership and division projects as assigned.
