Job summary

ForMotion seeks an on-site Certified Prosthetist Orthotist to join our clinic. You will evaluate patients, cast and scan for devices, and work with a team to deliver prosthetic and orthotic solutions. An on-site fabrication facility supports your workflow and patient care.

The role advances through competencies with increasing amputation levels, and involves collaboration with physicians, therapists, and hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Certified Prosthetist Orthotist by the American Board for Certification in Prosthetics & Orthotics.
• Master's Degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics from an accredited university.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient evaluations and detailed notation in Nymbl.
• Hand casting/scanning for prosthetic and orthotic devices.
• Modifications, diagnostic fittings, delivery and follow-up.
• Support at the hospital for staff orthotists as needed.
• Interacting with physicians and therapists to formulate treatment plans.
• Patient and family education.
