Job summary

Ski ‘N See is seeking Prostaff Associates to deliver top-tier customer service, share product knowledge, and guide guests in selecting the right gear for their mountain experience. You’ll represent Ski ‘N See both in-store and on the slopes.

These on-the-ground experts will be part of a team that values passion for skiing and snowboarding, with opportunities to move into year-round roles in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting the perfect rental or retail equipment for their needs.
• Provide expert boot fitting and set up ski/snowboard gear to ensure safety and comfort.
• Share product knowledge gained through hands-on training and your own mountain experience.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing retail floor.
• Help foster a welcoming, positive environment for guests and team members alike.
• Local resort access: earn shop passes for local ski resorts.
• Exclusive industry discounts: qualify for 26/27 Pro Deals after 30 days.
• Flexible scheduling: morning, evening, and weekend shifts available.

Ski ‘N See is looking for Prostaff Associates —our on-the-ground experts who deliver top-tier customer service, share product knowledge, and help guests make the most of their time on the mountain. As part of our prostaff, you’ll be more than just sales or rentals—you’ll be a trusted guide for customers, helping them choose the right gear, offering tips from your own experience, and representing Ski ‘N See both in-store and out on the slopes.
