Job summary

Ski ‘N See is seeking Prostaff Associates to deliver top-tier customer service, gear know-how, and guidance on rental and retail equipment. You will be a trusted on-slope ambassador, helping guests select the right gear and sharing tips from mountain experience.

This seasonal winter role offers flexible scheduling (morning/evening/weekends) with potential pathways to year-round opportunities. Local resort access and 26/27 pro discounts after 30 days enhance the position for ski enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering welcoming and helpful service to customers.
• Ability to explain product features and fit boots confidently.
• Experience in retail or ski/snowboard environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting rental or retail gear.
• Provide expert boot fitting and gear setup for safety and comfort.
• Share product knowledge from training and personal mountain experience.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing retail floor.

Ski ‘N See is looking for Prostaff Associates —our on-the-ground experts who deliver top-tier customer service, share product knowledge, and help guests make the most of their time on the mountain. As part of our prostaff, you’ll be more than just sales or rentals—you’ll be a trusted guide for customers, helping them choose the right gear, offering tips from your own experience, and representing Ski ‘N See both in-store and out on the slopes.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting the perfect rental or retail equipment for their needs.
• Provide expert boot fitting and set up ski/snowboard gear to ensure safety and comfort.
• Share product knowledge gained through hands‑on training and your own mountain experience.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing retail floor.
• Help foster a welcoming, positive environment for guests and team members alike.
• Local Resort Access: Earn shop passes for local ski resorts.
