Job summary

University of New Orleans is seeking a Prospect Intelligence & Strategy Manager to serve as the intelligence hub for University Advancement. The role provides strategic prospect intelligence, portfolio management, fundraising analytics, and campaign planning to maximize philanthropic revenue across the University.

The senior individual-contributor position focuses on AI-assisted prospecting, data quality, and leadership briefing materials, partnering with the Advancement Data & Stewardship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in prospect research, development, or fundraising analytics.
• Ability to produce executive-ready briefings and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify major, principal, and planned-giving prospects and build pipelines.
• Analyze portfolios, rebalance assignments, and track donor pipeline health.
• Prepare briefing materials for senior leaders and boards ahead of major visits.
• Support campaign planning with forecasting, gift tables, pyramids and dashboards.
• Partner on data health, generate KPIs, and support AI-assisted prospecting.
