Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking individuals to join our team for baggage handling roles across multiple shifts. Responsibilities include assisting passengers with baggage, loading and unloading, tracking tagged bags, and coordinating with TSA to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Set up conveyances to sort and distribute incoming bags.
• Scan and ensure correct tagging and loading of each bag.
• Forward and receive bags to and from TSA.
• Take care of the safety scanner and other equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards.

Job Summary: Responsible for the handling incoming and outgoing passengers’ baggage, and promptly addressing any related concerns.

Q ualifications:

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to constantly lift and carry up to and more than 70 lbs, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend. Should be able to climb or crawl frequently.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
