Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tries jury and bench criminal cases and litigates hearings in SF Superior Court.
• Represents People in court appearances and in petitions, motions, appeals, and related documents.
• Interviews witnesses; conducts investigations and writes legal briefs for assigned cases.
• Prepares daily court calendar and maintains records of warrants and citations.
• Maintains files and relevant materials for court appearances.
• Researches legal issues for prosecution of criminal cases.
