Job summary

Mach Industries Inc. is seeking a Propulsion Test Technician in Victorville, CA, to support development, integration, and testing of propulsion and energetic systems for defense applications.

You will work directly on propulsion hardware, test stands, and associated instrumentation to enable rapid development and qualification. Responsibilities include assembling propulsion hardware, performing pressure and leak tests, calibrating sensors, and collaborating with engineers to improve test

Qualifications

• Experience in propulsion, aerospace, automotive, industrial testing or mechanical development environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, assembly instructions, and test procedures.
• Hands-on experience with shop equipment, torque tools, tubing tools, pressure equipment, and diagnostic instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain propulsion test stands and ground support equipment.
• Assemble and test propulsion hardware including rocket engines, valves, regulators, and feed systems.
• Perform proof pressure, burst, leak, and flow tests to validate hardware.
• Install, route, and calibrate instrumentation (pressure transducers, thermocouples, load cells).
• Interface with DAQ systems for test setup, sensor verification, and data collection.
• Support hot-fire and cold-flow test campaigns; assist with real-time test execution.
