The Propulsion Technician II serves as a technical leader within Build Operations, supporting development and production propulsion hardware. This role owns complex integration activities, leads technical troubleshooting efforts, and provides advanced system-level expertise across propulsion programs. Senior Propulsion Technicians work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations leadership to resolve high-risk hardware issues and improve propulsion build processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead complex propulsion system builds and engine-level integrations
• Diagnose and resolve multi-disciplinary system failures
• Serve as cross-program SME on propulsion systems and high-risk processes
• Lead technical root cause investigations in partnership with ME and Engineering
• Provide advanced mentorship and skill development for technicians
• Support non-standard builds and rapid development efforts
• Identify systemic process weaknesses and drive corrective improvements

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $30.46 – $38.07 hourly, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can’t quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
