Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. seeks a Manager for Systems Engineering & Integration in Canoga Park, CA.

You will lead the AR propulsion program efforts, develop and validate system requirements, perform risk management, and guide the SE&I team through MBSE methods while coordinating with IPTs and other engineering disciplines. Experience in solid and liquid propulsion, requirements management tools (DOORS), and system architecture trade studies is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related discipline with 9+ years progressive experience in systems engineering, or a graduate degree with 7+ years; 13 years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR propulsion product development across development and production programs.
• Develop, allocate and document system requirements for propulsion systems.
• Coordinate verification plans and risk management with IPTs and stakeholders.
• Manage staffing, career development, and performance evaluations for SE&I team.
• Advance MBSE practices and liaise across engineering disciplines.
