Job summary

Stellantisfinancialservices seeks a seasoned Project Economical Manager (PEM) to lead cost management for advanced projects in a dynamic automotive environment. You will consolidate all economic elements, monitor the cost objective, and drive actions with partners to optimize the cost/performance ratio.

You will produce TPC forecasts, manage budgets, and deliver investment status reports while building risk and opportunity portfolios. Strong PM, planning skills, and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical disciplines (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics).
• At least 7 years’ experience in cost management with responsibility for Budget and TPC.
• Project management and planning skills; ability to lead cross-functional groups.
• Good analytical and presentation skills; verbal and written communication.
• Fluent or Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Structure the project cost management activity per Job share, Pay share, and RASI across partners.
• Monitor design cost objectives to ensure optimal TPC-Investment relative to performance, quality, delay, and R&D expenses.
• Provide Advanced project/Project/Serial life Economical reporting: TPC Forecast, expenses, and investment status.
• Provide component targets to Purchasing in line with global GPSC targets.
• Build and monitor Risk and Opportunity portfolio for project and serial life.
• Lead cost convergence plans to reach targets.
• Create Transformation Cost contracts with Manufacturing in project.
• Develop Investment contracts for Make and Buy.
• Manage yearly Investment and Expenses reporting to VEMO; monthly Y+1 budgets and forecasts.
• Landing for expenses and analysis of actuals and convergence plans.
