BETA Technologies in Vermont is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer/PM to lead propulsion development programs. You will gather requirements, drive schedules, and coordinate with engineering, certification, supply chain, finance and production teams to deliver innovative propulsion solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, communications, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Familiar with Program/Project Management processes.
• Working knowledge of Project Management tools (MSProject, Jira, others).
• Minimum of 3 years as a project engineer or project/program manager, with experience in new product development or manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Identify weekly goals to meet business milestones.
• Coordinate and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure schedule alignment for overall program and propagate updates to leadership.
• Coordinate propulsion projects with internal and external customers and track deliverables.
• Support R&D parts tracking and engineering drawing release processes.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans for the program.
