Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Airline/Aviation Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Seven (7) years of propulsion fleet, program, or project management experience.
• Strong financial, operational, and lifecycle cost analysis background.
• Cross-functional leadership focusing on reliability and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engine fleet team to analyze propulsion maintenance, overhaul, and modification activities.
• Develop business cases and lifecycle cost analyses to guide fleet decisions.
• Serve as primary interface for propulsion fleet programs and supplier interactions.
• Monitor maintenance performance to contractual, regulatory, and operational commitments.
• Drive cost reduction, reliability improvement, and schedule adherence through reviews.
• Provide input to propulsion-related agreements and service execution.
• Lead contract negotiations for cost, lead time, service levels, and quality.
• Oversee propulsion maintenance programs ensuring airworthiness and safety compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve propulsion performance and availability.
• Identify process improvements via data analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Share propulsion market intelligence to influence fleet strategy.
