Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years professional, exempt experience including propulsion fleet, program, or project management.
• Experience with financial, operational, or lifecycle cost analysis supporting maintenance or fleet decisions.
• Cross-functional program leadership with emphasis on reliability improvement, cost control, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Engine fleet Team performing financial, operational, and technical analyses for propulsion maintenance, overhaul, and modification activities.
• Develop and evaluate business cases using financial modeling to assess lifecycle cost, reliability, and asset utilization impacts.
• Interface with propulsion fleet stakeholders, providing program leadership and coordination across management levels.
