• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, etc.).
• Hands-on mindset and passion for building things in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in manufacturing and learning how things are made.
• Desire to fix broken equipment, processes, or cross-team communication.

Responsibilities
