You will develop initial processes and ensure timely delivery of engine components while driving continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience. This role offers a competitive salary between $112,000 and $143,000, plus benefits including generous PTO and a learning stipend.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience authoring work instructions for complex assemblies.
• Experience in fast-paced project execution.
