Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related technical field or pursuing/completed within 12 months.
• 0-1 year of industry work experience.
• Fundamental and advanced engineering principles in aerospace and propulsion.
• Ability to conduct thorough independent analyses and present results.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate propulsion system design, performance, and applications.
• Develop tools to assess propulsion systems in ground tests and flight.
• Identify and mitigate hardware risks across components and interfaces.
• Provide real-time tech support for tests, flights, and anomalies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams for flight readiness assessments.
• Prepare reports and presentations for program offices and customers.
