You will own development from concept through qualification and handoff to production, collaborating across engineering and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Analytical/numerical modeling of engineering devices and processes.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong fundamentals in fluids, heat transfer, structural analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware and propulsion components throughout development and production.
• Lead design, testing, qualification plans and data reviews (CoDRs, PDRs, CDRs).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver hardware on time and within spec.
• Develop simulations and validate with subscale and full-scale tests.
• Drive cost reduction and risk mitigation across programs.
