Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking an Attorney to join its Proposition 65 practice in the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group. The position is on a non-partnership track and open to any US office, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Applicants must be admitted to the California bar and to the bar of the jurisdiction where they live; at least 3 years of litigation experience is preferred, with expertise in Proposition 65 and consumer class actions as a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm or equivalent.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, consumer product regulatory counseling, complex commercial litigation and/or consumer litigation (defense) is a plus.
• California state court experience is a plus; Federal clerkship is a plus.
