Job summary

DLA Piper in the United States is seeking an Attorney to join its growing Proposition 65 practice, part of its Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group. This position is a non-partnership track and is open to any US office.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of litigation experience, must be admitted to the California bar (and to the jurisdiction where you reside, if not CA). Experience with Proposition 65 and consumer/complex litigation is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD required and CA bar admission required.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class actions, and product regulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and external audiences.
• Produce high-quality work and respond to correspondence promptly.
