Frontgrade is seeking a Project Manager, Proposals to lead assigned proposals from kickoff to final submission. You will coordinate across sites and functions, establish schedules, and drive timely, compliant, high-quality submissions.

• Five+ years of experience managing proposals, preferably in aerospace/defense or technical products.
• Strong knowledge of the proposal lifecycle, including solicitation analysis, compliance, and final submission.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and escalate risks.
• Excellent communication, organization, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Salesforce and SharePoint a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage proposal development across sites, balancing priorities and customer deadlines.
• Lead kickoff meetings, align scope, responsibilities, strategy, and submission plans.
• Maintain schedules with owners, dependencies, and deadlines for inputs, pricing, and approvals.
• Coordinate gate and proposal reviews, document decisions and revisions.
• Oversee final submission, document approvals, and records in Salesforce/SharePoint.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute reusable content and workflow improvements.
