Job summary

Regal Technology Partners Inc. in Santa Ana, CA, seeks a Proposals Administrator to support RFQ/RFP intake, tracking, and document control within a defense EMS environment.

You will report to the Proposals Manager and work closely with the Proposal Analyst to keep proposals organized and on schedule. The role requires 1–3 years in admin/proposals, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with BOMs, ITAR, and quoting tools.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, proposals, quoting, purchasing, or contracts support role.
• Familiarity with ITAR and defense/aerospace document handling is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CalcuQuote or ERP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and acknowledge RFQs and RFPs and maintain the proposal tracking log.
• Set up and maintain proposal folders, file structures, and revision control.
• Enter and update BOM, customer, and quote data in quoting tools and ERP systems as directed.
• Distribute RFQ packages and track supplier quotations to keep proposals on schedule.
• Prepare first drafts of compliance matrices, quote summaries, and cover letters.
