Job summary

MHA Macintyre Hudson LLP is seeking a talented Proposals Coordinator to join our marketing and proposals team. The role focuses on creating compelling proposals using PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign, while maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

You'll support the national marketing team with digital brochures, adverts, campaigns, printed collateral, and event materials, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of presentation.

Qualifications

• Advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Strong written English (grammar and comprehension).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
• Experience with professional services firms or pitch teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the proposals team to design proposals using PowerPoint and InDesign.
• Support national marketing team with digital brochures, insights, adverts, and campaigns.
• Create PowerPoint presentations with the team and partners.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support the firm’s marketing and events activities as needed.

Job description

Work with our other highly experienced graphic designer and the proposals team against briefs.

There are also opportunities for you to support the marketing team in other general marketing activities including events.

Manage and maintain PowerPoint templates within Templafy, ensuring brand consistency through the upload and administration of approved images and icons, and generate reporting on template usage and performance.

The role would suit a generalist marketeer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, to deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

• Essential to be experienced in using PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Essential to be experienced at using Adobe InDesign
• High level use and understanding of the English language, spelling / grammar / comprehension.
• Excellent communications skills
• Able to work under own steam but very much as part of a team, in a busy environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with working with professional services firms and / or working with pitch teams an advantage but not essential.

Your duties & responsibilities

• Primarily to work with the proposals team on the creation and design of the proposals they are working on, these are usually created using a mixture of PowerPoint, and at times Adobe InDesign.
• Secondly, to work with the national marketing team, supporting them with all their requirements surrounding digital brochures, insights, adverts, marketing campaigns, as well as printed brochures, pull up banners, event materials etc.
• Work with the team and partners to create PowerPoint presentations.
• Have high levels of attention to detail.
• Be able to work within strict brand guidelines.
• Have an excellent command of the English language, spelling, and grammar.
