Weston & Sampson is currently seeking a Proposal Writer with 5-10 years of experience to join our Marketing team at any of our office locations or in a remote role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the coordination and preparation of proposals, working directly with technical staff.
• Write and edit proposal content, marketing collateral materials, and award submittals. Provide occasional support for client interviews.

What You Will Bring

• A relevant bachelor level degree and professional writing skills
• Expert-level editorial, communication, and organizational skills
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating within a network environment
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Loopio, OpenAsset, and Vantage Point is a plus.
• Experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-intensive, deadline-driven environment with staff members of all levels.
• A team player who is detail-oriented and able to work quickly and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $70,000-85,000.
