Are you detail-oriented, curious, and ready to begin a meaningful career? We are seeking someone early in their professional journey who is eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team that plays a key role in developing proposals for clinical research and pharmaceutical services.
This position is well suited for a recent graduate or someone with a bit of relevant experience who is interested in gaining practical exposure to the proposal process, project coordination, and the clinical research industry. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help you build your skills.
As a Proposal Specialist, you’ll support our Global Proposal Management team by helping organize information, maintain internal systems, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn how we review and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from clients.

Salary
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
