Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience in graphic/visual/presentation design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Strong layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Ability to create executive-level client deliverables using PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance visual assets for proposals and client deliverables.
• Convert complex content into clear visual communications, including infographics and data visualizations.
• Create digital concepts and prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to meet deadlines and gather requirements.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Accenture brand standards and quality expectations.
• Conduct design quality reviews for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Manage multiple projects and revision cycles within tight timelines.
• Develop reusable design assets, templates, and guidelines.
